Pilates 

Principles of Pilates breathing, concentration, flow, control, precision, and centring.

Pilates is a popular body conditioning method promoting good posture, muscle strength, flexibility and mobility.  Pilates is based around the original six principles of breathing, concentration, flow, control, precision, and centring.

Classes comprise of non-impact challenging exercises which help to develop and improve posture and strength.
